Frequently asked questions about Virtuagym Hub and fitness kiosks
What is a fitness kiosk?
A fitness kiosk is a touchscreen inside the club that members use on their own, without asking staff. It usually sits on the gym floor, near the entrance or beside the studios. Virtuagym Hub is Virtuagym’s fitness kiosk, connected directly to the platform your club already runs every day
Do I need my own hardware for Virtuagym Hub?
Virtuagym Hub runs on screens and kiosks that Virtuagym provides directly, built specifically for gym floor use. You don’t need to source your own hardware — you can order a compatible screen or kiosk online, and it arrives ready to connect to your account
How reliable is a kiosk on a busy gym floor?
Hub runs as a dedicated app locked to the screen, so members cannot leave it or open anything else. It syncs with your platform in the background, so schedules, plans and member data on the kiosk match what your team sees in the portal
Can members check into classes on the kiosk?
Yes. Members can see the activity schedule and check in on-screen, and they can open their workout and scan a QR code to continue on their phone. Which modules appear depends on what your club switches on, so the screen only shows what you offer
How does pricing for Virtuagym Hub work?
Cost depends on three things: which modules you switch on, how many screens you run, and the hardware you choose. Workouts and activities come with the coaching part of the platform, while Bodyscan and Circuit Training are separate. A demo gives you a written quote
How do FitZone leaderboards work on Virtuagym Hub?
FitZone shows live points and rankings for everyone training in the same zone, so a normal session becomes a friendly competition. Members earn points from their own effort, and the leaderboard updates while they train. It runs on the same screen as workouts and activities
Can I run Virtuagym Hub in several clubs at once?
Yes. Each screen is linked to a club in your portal, so a group can switch on different modules per location. Members keep one profile across clubs in the same portal, which means their workout and progress follow them to whichever site they visit
