Never written a bad review like this in my life, but.... After four months I am done with this app. Still cant process mandates, the recurring booking system negates membership tiers, and I literally lost £500 last month due the complex payments systems. If you have a business admin degree and several hours a week to maintain the craziness of it , it may suit. Otherwise buy yourself an Inbody and use a facebook group. Joke. Set me up with a basic package then set my app up with all the extras so that once the app launched I had to buy in more as my clients already expected all the bells and whistles . PS - there is no branding unless you have over 150 clients so the vast majority of PT's can forget that feature too. Our facility holds 120 clients max, and I cant even book them in automaticallyread more

Over price and Poorly Designed . I am a user of this app. There are some good things about this, however the negative things makes this app not a good option for a Fitness Facility or a Personal Trainer. Workout feature. This app doesn't allow you to use a time base training all has to work with reps!! I know not a good thing. Also doesn't allow you to set up supersets, so it it just a basic workouts that you can design. Challenges. No Custom Challenges, you only can do what they set up to do and nothing else, so if you are really creative and have a great challenge idea , sorry you can't only basic stuff like 100 squats or lose a pound.. boring Not Smart. You can not use heart rate monitors or any other trackers, they did sign up with an european company that do trackers but they are in EU and not good reviews. So forget about using your heart rate with this app. No Clients updates. Yep I know , this suppose to be a client based app, so you can train them online. well there is no information about your clients workouts, you have no idea if they completed the workout or not, so you are blind , this is a mayor problem. 1 Year Contract.. Really.... when I see this that tells me they are not sure about their product or service, that means they have you for 1 year no matter what, so they don't have to improve or change. There are more apps with better features and requires no contract. Pricing. Really Expensive, you are paying about 800% more (i am not kidding ) than what you could pay for some of the competitors. Please do your homework , try all the apps before signing with this company, they will not accommodate or change absolutely anything in their system for you. What they have is what they have. Nutrition app. It is not part of the system, you have to download a different app in order to make it work. That doesn't make sense at all . Sadly sometimes you think is good until you realize that there are other apps that offer so much more, have a better design and cost just a fraction . Please people don't make the same mistake I did. I'm still paying that error remember 1 12 full months contract :(read more
